Nice rooftop pool area.

I was disappointed with my stay. The staff was either inconsiderate or absent when we needed help. Our room was poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings and a constant noise from the vents. To make matters worse, our room was not cleaned the first day, and we felt unsafe when someone unexpectedly opened our door while we were inside.

The location was perfect for the game, and despite the crowds, the rooftop area was a beautiful spot to relax. Our room wasnice and neat. The service in the dining area was excellent, and i really enjoyed the vinyl ambassador sessions in the lobby.

In general the staff were incredible and exceptional. Double room was beautiful and perfect had feather pillows.

The vinyl record player in the room added a fun touch. Valet parking was slow during peak hours. Happy hour at the bar had some great drinks too.

The rooftop pool is a must-see! We spent evenings lounging and enjoying the fine views, especially with a playlist with local legends like Janis Joplin. It was perfect having our non-service dog with us while enjoying the cute atmosphere.

My kids wished there were more family-oriented activities or events at the hotel.

Marvellous and fantastic location not too far from a big university. Big and huge rooms with a great view for hotel guests. Superb food in the restaurant for breakfast.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, staff were incredible and the location was stunning down the restaurant. I was upgraded to a beautiful a double room with a great view. The room had central heating, a safe and multi-channel television plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location: the property was just off town centre, downtown and Austin. Had some takeout meals at Jimmy John's, set right by the hotel, I couldn't resist...

The room had a stylish modern decor, and I loved the vinyl record player that added a fun touch. The rooftop bar offered amazing views and a great vibe. The small plates were delicious. The staff were super attentive.

The rooftop pool offers fine views and cozy seating. The hotel's modern decor created a pleasant atmosphere, complemented by a well-designed dining area with excellent food options. The attentive staff ensured a smooth check-in process and were responsive to my needs .

Y'all, the rooftop bar Otopia served up some serious vibes! The small plates were a flavor explosion. Don't sleep on the vinyl record players in the rooms, I cranked tunes while sipping cocktails. Total win! And shoutout to the attentive staff for making it all feel like home.

So, the location was a bit off from the main action, but it kept the vibe chill. If you snag a room on the third floor, don't be surprised by some road noise. Still, the atmosphere inside made up for it.

The decor was modern and inviting. Accessibility features were thoughtful, especially for us seasoned travelers who appreciate ease.
